Welcome to Mboka. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mboka platform, including our website at mboka.dnrstudios.co.ke and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Mboka is an intelligence digest platform that delivers curated, AI-generated weekly summaries of industry news, opportunities, and insights to subscribers via email. The Service aggregates publicly available information, analyzes it using artificial intelligence, and delivers personalized digests based on the topics each subscriber selects.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

Mboka uses passwordless magic link authentication. When you register, you provide your email address and name. A unique login link is sent to your email. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your email account
• Ensuring the accuracy of your registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Content

The Mboka intelligence digest service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or modify pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice.

Each digest contains AI-generated analysis based on publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, digests are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We make no representations about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information contained in digests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Service are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The Mboka name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Mboka or its affiliates.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content without prior written consent. You may print or download a reasonable number of copies of digest content for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without written permission
• Redistribute or republish digests for commercial purposes without authorization
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Termination

You may unsubscribe and stop using the Service at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
